The Therapeutic Programs Manager is a licensed mental health professional hired to oversee and implement the overall mental health programs.

Plans, directs, and coordinates minor/non-minor dependent social and mental health care activities, advises supportive staff, department heads, and administrators in matters related to social/mental health service by performing the following duties personally or through assigned professionals.

The Academic Coach will be responsible for overseeing the online education, in a classroom setting, of up to 5 girls ages 11-17. Each girl will be doing online schooling with her home school district and needs the additional live, in-person teaching to understand and excel in their programs. The Academic Coach will also be able to add enrichment activities with fun, hands-on learning individually and with the group. The AC will track students' progress and communicate with the appropriate schools for each resident.

Esther’s Home Residential Youth Care Specialists provide comprehensive residential services by meeting the residents’ basic needs, working with a team to build opportunities for their development, and fostering and maintaining a trauma-informed, strengths-based, stable, safe, clean home.

Mirror Ministries’ mission is to respond to domestic minor sex trafficking with the love of Christ through local education, intervention, restoration, and aftercare. The Mirror Ministries’ Sex-Trafficking Victim Advocate brings local schools, agencies, and businesses training, education, and awareness. The Advocate does purposeful outreach to identify victims of trafficking hidden in our community, including a 24/7 sex-trafficking hotline. The Advocate walks hand-in-hand with victims/survivors of sex trafficking, showing them that there is hope and help, connecting them to needed services, and walking alongside them on their journey of healing. The Mirror Ministries’ Maintenance Technician will be the primary responsible party for keeping our
land, buildings and machinery running well for safety, efficiency, and beauty. The Maintenance
Technician will train, schedule, and organize a team of volunteers, as well as Esther’s Home staff and
residents, to assist in the daily and long-term care needs of the property at Esther’s Home. Care
includes, but is not limited to, regularly inspecting different equipment and facilities and performing any
basic repairs or preventative maintenance as required.
The Maintenance Technician walks hand-in-hand with residents at Esther’s Home, showing them that
there is hope and help. They will walk alongside the girls on their journey of healing through the care
