The Therapeutic Programs Manager is a licensed mental health professional hired to oversee and implement the overall mental health programs.
Plans, directs, and coordinates minor/non-minor dependent social and mental health care activities, advises supportive staff, department heads, and administrators in matters related to social/mental health service by performing the following duties personally or through assigned professionals. -
The Academic Coach will be responsible for overseeing the online education, in a classroom setting, of up to 5 girls ages 11-17. Each girl will be doing online schooling with her home school district and needs the additional live, in-person teaching to understand and excel in their programs. The Academic Coach will also be able to add enrichment activities with fun, hands-on learning individually and with the group. The AC will track students' progress and communicate with the appropriate schools for each resident.

The Mirror Ministries’ Maintenance Technician will keep our land, buildings, and machinery running well for safety, efficiency, and beauty. The Maintenance Technician will train, schedule, and organize a team of volunteers and Esther’s Home staff and residents to assist in the daily and long-term care needs of the property at Esther’s Home. Care includes, but is not limited to, regularly inspecting different equipment and facilities and performing any basic repairs or preventative maintenance as required.
