The operations manager is responsible for the day to day management, coordination, and support of all the systems and processes that enable the diverse team members of Mirror Ministries to perform their job responsibilities effectively and for the organization to steward its resources responsibly. As a close partner to the Executive Director, the Operations Manager will actively participate in sustaining a healthy and active team culture and work environment, provide direct oversight of specified departments, support organizational finance practices, oversee the recruitment and hiring of qualified staff, support the implementation of organizational policies and procedures, as well as manage various operational tasks and projects for both internal and external-facing relationships.

The On-Site Program Manager will have the rare opportunity to participate in the grand opening of Esther’s Home, working closely with the Executive Director, to achieve state licensure, to hire and train the inaugural Esther’s Home team, and to set the tone for the home, the staff, and survivors who will soon occupy it.

The Therapeutic Programs Manager is a licensed mental health professional hired to oversee and implement the overall mental health programs.
Plans, directs, and coordinates minor/non-minor dependent social and mental health care activities, and advises supportive staff, department heads, and administrators in matters related to social/mental health service by performing the following duties personally or through assigned professionals.

Reporting to and in partnership with the Executive Director, the Mirror Ministries Development Director will spearhead philanthropy, and overall development efforts as the ministry continues to grow. The Development Director leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of fundraising for Mirror Ministries to help fund the organization’s identified priorities. A foremost assignment is to lead the current capital campaign for a restoration home for minor girls (Esther’s Home), as well as support overall fundraising needs for the ministry.
This position will manage the details pertaining to the fundraising of both the general fund and the capital campaign, track donor engagement data, and guide the development of engagement strategies for individual donors. The Development Director will also direct Mirror Ministries’ media and marketing, as it ties directly with fundraising.
As a new position with Mirror Ministries, the Development Director will have the opportunity to build out fundraising and engagement strategies specific to ministry priorities. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned, responsible, focused individual with outstanding organizational skills and a high level of effectiveness with experience in and knowledge of fundraising - specifically capital campaigns.

Mirror Ministries’ mission is to respond to domestic minor sex trafficking with the love of Christ through local education, intervention, restoration, and aftercare. The Mirror Ministries’ Sex-Trafficking Victim Advocate brings local schools, agencies, and businesses training, education, and awareness. The Advocate does purposeful outreach to identify victims of trafficking hidden in our community, including a 24/7 sex-trafficking hotline. The Advocate walks hand-in-hand with victims/survivors of sex trafficking, showing them that there is hope and help, connecting them to needed services, and walking alongside them on their journey of healing. Mirror Ministries is a Christian organization dedicated to serving people of all faiths and backgrounds.
