For Parents, Guardians, or Youth Seeking Restoration
If you are seeking support, you may begin by submitting a confidential inquiry through our website or filling out the referral linked below. After reviewing your information, our intake team will connect with you to better understand safety needs, history, and current support. If Esther’s Home appears to be an appropriate fit, we will request additional documentation and complete a multidisciplinary review. Should placement be approved, we will walk closely with you to coordinate a thoughtful, supported transition into the program.
For Social Workers & Community Partners
Community partners may initiate placement by submitting a complete referral below. Our intake team will review the referral and get in contact with the youth and their guardian to see if placement at Esther’s home may be a good fit. We may schedule a consultation call if needed. Written notification of acceptance, waitlist status, or inability to accept will be provided, and upon approval, we collaborate closely to coordinate admission and ongoing communication.

What does it cost?
Esther’s Home is funded through community partners, grants, and the generosity of donors. We can accept both private placements and state-dependent placements. Room and board, activities, and basic needs are covered. The youth’s insurance will be billed for any outside medical or mental health care directly by the provider. If a youth is uninsured, we will help them apply for state insurance.What age range?
We serve biologically born females from ages 11-17 and may potentially be able to serve youth in extended foster care or who qualify under the Developmental Disabilities Association, until age 20.Is this need outside of your scope?
