The Mirror Ministries' Therapeutic Programs Manager is a licensed mental health professional who oversees and implements the mental health programs. They will plan, direct, and coordinate minor/non-minor dependent social and mental health care activities and advise support staff, department heads, and administrators in social/mental health service matters.

The Mirror Ministries’ Sex-Trafficking Victim Advocate walks hand-in-hand with victims/survivors of sex-trafficking, showing them that there is hope and help while connecting them to needed services, and walking alongside them on their journey of healing.
- Youth Care Specialist - Esther’s Home (Part-Time: Nights/Evenings/Weekends)
Esther’s Home Residential Youth Care Specialists provide comprehensive residential services through meeting the residents’ basic needs, working with a team to build opportunities for their development, and fostering and maintaining a trauma-informed, strengths-based, stable, safe, and clean home.
Per Diem Residential Youth Care Specialist - Esther's Home (On-Call/As-Needed)
Per Diem Residential Youth Care Specialists are vital members of our team, supporting the daily operations and therapeutic environment at Esther’s Home. They work with residents to meet basic needs, foster safety and stability, and model positive, trauma-informed behavior. Per diem staff serve on an as-needed basis to fill in gaps and ensure continuity of care.
- Facilities Maintenance Technician
The Mirror Ministries’ Facilities Maintenance Manager will keep our land, buildings, and machinery running well for safety, efficiency, and beauty. The Maintenance Manager will train, schedule, and organize a team of volunteers and Esther’s Home staff and residents to assist in the daily and long-term care needs of the property at Esther’s Home. Care includes, but is not limited to, regularly inspecting different equipment and facilities and performing any basic repairs or preventative maintenance as required.
