The Development Director Assistant will support the Donor Development Director in cultivating and growing strong relationships with supporters, researching and writing grants, and planning donor appreciation initiatives. - Full-time (32 hrs.) - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- Full-time (40 hrs.) - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday: 9:30 p.m.-8:00 a.m.
Esther’s Home Residential Youth Care Specialists provide comprehensive residential services by meeting the residents’ basic needs, working with a team to build opportunities for their development, and fostering and maintaining a trauma-informed, strengths-based, stable, safe, and clean home.

Per Diem Residential Youth Care Specialists are vital members of our team, supporting the daily operations and therapeutic environment at Esther’s Home. They work with residents to meet basic needs, foster safety and stability, and model positive, trauma-informed behavior. Per diem staff serve on an as-needed basis to fill in gaps and ensure continuity of care.
