  • Program Support Receptionist - Outreach Center

    The Outreach Center Program Support Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, volunteers, and callers while providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the organization. This role ensures the office runs efficiently through reception services, communication coordination, inventory management, scheduling assistance, data tracking, donation processing, and volunteer support.

  •  Youth Care Specialist - Esther’s Home 
    • Part-time (20 hrs.) - Friday & Saturday Nights: 10:30 p.m.-9:00 a.m. 
    • Part-time (20 hrs.) - Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. 
    • Part-time (30 hrs.) - hours TBD
    • Full-time (32 hrs.) - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.  
    • Full-time (40 hrs.) - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday: 9:30 p.m.-8:00 a.m.

Esther’s Home Residential Youth Care Specialists provide comprehensive residential services by meeting the residents’ basic needs, working with a team to build opportunities for their development, and fostering and maintaining a trauma-informed, strengths-based, stable, safe, and clean home.

  • Per Diem Residential Youth Care Specialist - Esther's Home (On-Call/As-Needed)

    Per Diem Residential Youth Care Specialists are vital members of our team, supporting the daily operations and therapeutic environment at Esther’s Home. They work with residents to meet basic needs, foster safety and stability, and model positive, trauma-informed behavior. Per diem staff serve on an as-needed basis to fill in gaps and ensure continuity of care.
