The Therapeutic Programs Supervisor is a licensed mental health professional hired to oversee and implement the overall mental health programs. This individual plans, directs, and coordinates minor/non-minor dependent social and mental health care activities and advises supportive staff, department heads, and administrators in social/mental health service matters by performing the following duties personally or through assigned professionals.
The Mirror Ministries’ Sex Trafficking Victim Advocate brings local schools, agencies, and businesses training, education, and awareness. The Advocate does purposeful outreach to identify victims of trafficking hidden in our community, including a 24/7 sex-trafficking hotline. The Advocate walks hand-in-hand with victims/survivors of sex trafficking, showing them that there is hope and help, connecting them to needed services, and walking alongside them on their journey of healing. Esther’s Home Residential Youth Mentor provides comprehensive residential services by meeting the residents’ basic needs, working with a team to build opportunities for their development, and fostering and maintaining a trauma-informed, strengths-based, stable, safe, clean home. APPLY TODAY
The Mirror Ministries’ Maintenance Technician will keep our land, buildings, and machinery running well for safety, efficiency, and beauty. The Maintenance Technician will train, schedule, and organize a team of volunteers and Esther’s Home staff and residents to assist in the daily and long-term care needs of the property at Esther’s Home.
